Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Maison Aurele. We want you to love your pieces — here’s how returns and exchanges work.

01Order Eligibility

14 days From delivery to request

To be eligible for an exchange or resolution, your request must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact where applicable.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

02Size Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit, we offer an exchange for a different size, subject to an exchange fee of 33% of the item’s purchase price. This fee covers the cost of processing and shipping your replacement item internationally.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once your exchange fee is confirmed and paid, we ship your replacement size from our domestic stock right away.
  • No need to wait for your original item to arrive back to us before your replacement ships.
  • One exchange per order.

03Returns

Change of mind, style or fit preference

Because Maison Aurele ships directly from our overseas atelier — which allows us to offer premium quality without traditional retail markup — international return shipping is not always practical or cost-effective. For this reason, we do not require items to be shipped back for most return requests. Instead, we offer the following:

Option 1

Store credit — full value

Receive 100% of your order value as store credit, valid for 12 months from the issue date. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase, including a different size, style or collection.

Option 2

Partial refund

Keep your item and receive a partial refund to your original payment method. The refund amount reflects processing and logistics costs associated with international fulfillment and will be confirmed by our support team when you reach out.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are reviewed and resolved individually by our support team.

04Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will provide a full replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

05How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email support@maisonaurele.com with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item or items in question.
  3. Reason for the request (sizing, style, damage, etc.).

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

06Abuse Prevention

Maison Aurele reserves the right to review, limit or decline requests from accounts with repeated or excessive return and exchange activity, in order to protect the integrity of this policy for all customers.

07Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to your request.
